I have been coaching clients in NW3 for over 10 years, specialising in strength & conditioning, pre/post-natal, reformer bed Pilates, and coaching young females 16+.

 

I suffered with Anorexia Nervosa is my late teens and, as well as starving myself, I also purged my body with hours upon hours of pointless but exhausting exercise.  During recovery, I realised my passion for the fitness industry and wanted to part of it, becoming a qualified PT in 2010.

 

After spending so many years punishing myself, it pains me to watch others do the same.  Getting your desired results does not mean pushing beyond your limits, it doesn’t mean having to attend 3 classes a day or 7 PT sessions a week.  Efficient training should maximise your time to develop strength, maintain mobility, learn different skills, and develop a consistent manageable training schedule.

    I have been training with Kimberley for around 3 years now. I originally went to her as I’d got in a bit of a rut with my PT, doing well but needed a change. Kimberley has since supported me through a big shoulder injury and rehab post-surgery. She has great knowledge of the body and put together a plan for me that supported my physio. As a result in less than a year post-surgery I am nearly training at pre-op levels again. I’ve stayed with Kimberley as she offers variety, her spin/trx classes are unique and super fun and her PT approach is flexible (indoors/outdoors/studio/home/ virtual). Her rates are value for money.     Kimberley has been a lifesaver. Before starting training sessions I had had chronic neck and back pain for years and hadn't found any way to alleviate it. Within weeks of starting sessions with Kimberley, I was in much less pain, and within months I was pretty much pain-free.

    I got in touch with Kimberley after the birth of my daughter. I'd lost all my core strength following the C-section and felt generally very unfit. The sessions are hard and she gets more out of me in an hour than I could ever achieve in the gym or doing any solo exercise sessions! But most importantly it's really fun training with her and I feel so much healthier, stronger and fitter as a result. I used to get a lot of lower back pain but the increase in my core strength has really improved that so I'm mostly pain-free. I'm totally addicted and can't imagine not training twice a week!     I contacted Kimberley to find a better way to train during my pregnancy. Previous trainers at gyms didn’t seem to adapt their programmes and I had been injured in the past by bad technique.

This 40 minute virtual class has been operating since the first lockdown in 2020.

MoBa changes every week, incorporating movement, mobility, strength and conditioning, and core work. 

A little equipment is required – one set of dumbells and some mini bands.

Small Group Personal Training

Max 4 clients in person or online.

SGPT is ideal for those who are looking to upskill and perhaps prefer training with others, providing a great opportunity to learn.

Either join an existing group or create your own.
